FOOD Vendor Application Only
The Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium (The Club) is proud to be hosting its 26th annual Ribfest fundraiser.
As with many other Rotary events, our objective is not only to raise funds for the community, but also to offer an enjoyable family-oriented event. In addition to Ribbers, entertainment, children’s play area, market vendors we also have space available for Food Vendors
The event will be held in Riverside Park in Guelph.
The hours of the event are Friday 12:00 until 11:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 to 8:00. Vendors are expected to be on site each day for the duration of the event
Food Vendor Spots Are Available!
Spaces are available on an application basis only and with limits on the number of vendors that can sell similar products.
We invite you to review and complete the attached vendor application form.
Please note that all Food Vendor sites will have access to water and hydro. These utilities will be included in the price of the site’
Participants are approved on an annual basis at the sole discretion of the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium. Past participants are not guaranteed approval in subsequent years and location of the site is at the sole discretion of the Club and shall not be subject to Participant approval.

The deadline to submit an applications for consideration is May 1st. Every effort will be made to make decisions by May 10th.
Applications received after May 1st will be considered pending space availability
Please do not send cheques until a spot has been confirmed.
Once we have confirmed a spot is available for a participant:
A contract will be sent to you for review and signing.
The participant will be required to sign the contract and return with Full Payment No later than June 10th, 2024.
In addition
- A deposit of $200 is required no later than June 10th. The deposit is held through the duration of the event. If no damage has occurred the deposit will be returned.
- you will also have to send proof of insurance policy in a minimum amount of TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000.00) covering public liability, bodily injury, food products liability and property damage. “The Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium” shall be named as an additional insured on such policy and a certificate of insurance in conformity herewith shall be delivered to the Club on or before the time of deposit is due.
- Complete Public Health Application
- Provide a copy Food Truck Licence if applicable
- Apply for Food Vehicle Business Licence Application: Short-term Licence (valid for up to three consecutive days) Classification: Mobile food preparation vehicle/trailer. As per City of Guelph requirement
- Fill in and return hydro form
