Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Ribfest 2026
Calling All Community Volunteers!
2026 Guelph Ribfest is back. We’re looking for amazing volunteers to help make it our best year yet! Guelph Ribfest is 100% volunteer‑driven and has consistently been voted Guelph’s Best Outdoor Event.
We’re actively recruiting volunteers to help with set‑up starting Thursday, August 27, through tear‑down on Monday, August 31. None of this would be possible without the dedication, energy, and heart of our volunteers—and with your support this year, we can make it even better.
Why Volunteer? Community volunteers are not just welcome—they’re absolutely critical to delivering a successful, fun, and safe event for our community. Volunteering at Guelph Ribfest is also a great opportunity for students to earn their community involvement hours while gaining hands‑on experience at a major community event. Our volunteers include:
- Members of the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium
- Family members and friends of Rotarians
- Rotarians from other Guelph service clubs
- Community members just like you
