We will be accepting first round of applications until May 30 at which time we will review and make decisions.
We want to be sure we provide all applicants with an opportunity to be considered and that we do not accept competing vendors.
You will be informed regarding your involvement no later than Friday, June 1.
For approved applications, their contracts and related documents will be sent early June to be completed and returned with required payments, insurance coverage and any other documents.
The second round of applications, received after May 30th, will be considered pending space availability.
Late surcharges/fees will apply to ALL payments and any NEW applications received by our committee after June 30th. Deadline for receipt of applications is Sunday, August 5th.
